Transparent Cargo Services Ltd. provides freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services as described on this website. We act as an agent on behalf of clients and are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party carriers, shipping lines, airlines, or customs authorities. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by Transparent Cargo Services Ltd. are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in carrier rates, fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates, or changes in applicable duties and taxes. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Liability Limitations
Transparent Cargo Services Ltd.'s liability for any loss, damage, or delay to cargo is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and international conventions including the Warsaw Convention for air freight and the Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight. We are not liable for: acts of God, force majeure events, delays caused by customs authorities, loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging by the shipper, or consequential or indirect losses of any kind.
5. Cargo & Documentation
The client is responsible for ensuring all cargo is accurately described, correctly classified, and properly packaged. The client warrants that all documentation provided is accurate and complete. Transparent Cargo Services Ltd. is not liable for delays, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete documentation provided by the client. Prohibited and restricted goods must be declared in full prior to booking.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in writing between Transparent Cargo Services Ltd. and the client. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
